STORY OF Metsä&Me

Metsä&Me is a Finnish company dreamt up by Sofia Heard. Her lifestyle has always been active, she have traveled around the world and wandered in nature since she was little. It has always been clear for Sofia to to start her own business some day. As a result of her experiences and interests Metsä&Me was born.

Sofia

Sofia is the person behind Metsä&Me. She is a true nature person who grew up in the city of Tampere, Finland. She has been wandering in nature for over 20 years and slept uncountable number of nights outside. Sofia is a qualified International Wilderness Guide and Nature Connection Guide. She is also a qualified Relaxation and Meditation Instructor and has degrees in tourism and business.

Sofia loves to experience the nature around her wherever she goes and her passion is to connect people and nature - our real and ancient home. She knows her way around in the wild and wants to share the beauty and uniqueness of her homeland with everyone interested throughout all seasons.
