Tampere is the Sauna Captal of the World! Metsä&Me will introduce you to the Finnish Sauna traditions in one of the public saunas in Tampere. Tampere has the most public saunas per capita - so you have come to the right place! This relaxing experience warms up your freezing bones and opens your eyes for the saunas secrets. Swimming in the lake is refreshing all year around.
Your guide is SaunaYoga istructor and experienced ice-swimmer.
Itinerary
Meeting your Guide at the Meeting point.
Public transportation to the local public sauna.
Sauna, swimming and Finnish sauna snacks.
Transfer back to Tampere City Center.
